Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Standard Shipping:
• $10 flat rate
• Transit time: 1–3 business days after processing

Express Shipping:
• $40 flat rate
• Order ships the same or next business day
• Transit time: 1–2 business days (overnight or fastest available service)

Delivery

Your order will ship in an unmarked box for safety and privacy during transit. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package. 

Elevé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
